If you live in Visalia or are just visiting with small children, this is a fun and educational place to take them. The children will have so much fun discovering new things. The admission cost is low.

Well-staffed with volunteers, who pick up dropped items and ensure cleanliness of play/exploratory areas. New building to arrive soon, but space full utilized at present site with many educational play things.

Our three year old did not want to leave. Adults can participate with the children, or just sit and watch them explore. Lots of costumes to try on, musical instruments to play, many opportunities to pretend.

ImagineU is a small museum with big activities! Depending on the day, programs range from art projects to petting zoos to visits from fairy tale princesses. There is a separate play area for toddlers, a medical center, a grocery store, a stage with plenty of costumes...and kids are encouraged to handle and experiment with everything.Admission is minimal, and annual family memberships are available. My granddaughters love ImagineU!
