Who would have guessed pig knuckles were so delicious? But they are. They come simply served. The meat is sweet and melts in your mouth. My husband is a big fan of the various sausage type meats. But for me it's pig knuckles every time.

Love the atmosphere here! Great decor and great food! Authentic German fare and American favorites! We love it but you better like fried!!
