The Agricultural History Project Center and Museum is an interesting place to visit. It focuses on the history of agriculture of the Central Coast of California. We enjoyed learning about the history of crops, people, food processing, and farm equipmentThere are also special events here. These are fun - some examples of programs they have done include roping, rope making, crafts, story telling, and learn how to churn butter. Group/School tours can be arranged as well. (Check their web site for current listing). The center and museum are located at the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds in Watsonville. Its visible when you enter the fairgrounds and drive towards the historic home by the flag pole.
